Very good to use with frozen fruits, very good transparency, no bleeding of the fruit juice, cut and freeze stable, Colorado Neutral can be reheated

Method

  • For jelling, glazing and filling 

    Usage ratio:

    For jelling and glazing: 1000 g COLORADO Neutral  400 - 500 g water 

    For fillings: 1000 g COLORADO Neutral  200 - 300 g water 

  • Bring to boil shortly.
