Natural Apricot flavour, Freeze stable, Very good transparency, Can be reheated, Very good for using in jelly spraying machines.

Method

  • For jelling, glazing and filling 

    Usage ratio:

    For jelling and glazing: 1000 g COLORADO Yellow  400 - 500 g water

    For fillings: 1000 g COLORADO Yellow  200 - 300 g water 

  • Bring to boil shortly.
